How do I wear and wash period pants or cloth sanitary pads?

How absorbent are period pants?
These are our more absorbent pants for heavier flow or more than little bladder leaks. They suit heavier periods or days where changing mid shift would be tricky so have an extra layer of absorbency, making them slightly thicker than our mild to moderate flow pants. The good news is though, that Cheeky Pants (unlike other brands) have absorbency right from the front to rear waistband, so you can rest comfortably without waking up in a bloodbath!
What's the difference between my cotton and bamboo pads?
The bamboo and charcoal pads are man-made material, thicker and brilliant for heavy flow days of your periods. The cotton pads are a cooler to wear, and thinner if you prefer a more discreet pad. The cotton material is more grippy which helps the pad to stay in place!

Pants can only be returned/exchanged if they have been tried on OVER underwear and are returned in their original packaging unwashed.
Machine wash cold (maximum 30 degrees) and then hang dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener or put them in the tumble dryer.
