At Cheeky Wipes, we are transparent with our delivery charges.  It's FREE via Royal Mail  tracked 48 on all orders over £50.  And we price our shipping costs at cost price, we don't make anything from it.  

Why aren't Royal Mail Tracked 48 orders received within 48 hours?

We appreciate that this might seem a little confusing.  But because we aren't an enormous company like Amazon,  our staff are mostly parents who want to spend time with their family over the weekend. Order late on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday your order will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday as the warehouse closes at the weekend. Order on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and your order will usually be dispatched the next working day at the latest, for delivery two days after that.

What happens if we really need next day delivery?

No problem!  We can prioritise handling and dispatch for a small fee:

However it's not just sustainability that we take seriously.   We're a Sussex based business who pay our staff a fair salary, well above the National Living Wage.
