How do I wash my period thong?
It's actually really simple to wash your period thong or reusable pads but the main imperative is to wash in cold water. Warm water can 'set' bloodstains.
Air drying is recommended, avoid tumble drying.

How absorbent is a period thong?
Our period thong is absorbent enough for light flow or as a backup to internal protection such as menstrual cup. They are great under leggings if you are exercising.
Generally period pants will last for 6-8 hours, if you're wearing the correct absorbency level for your flow. If you go through lots of tampons or pads per day, you'll need to change these more frequently.

Can I wear a thong on my period?

Pants can only be returned/exchanged if they have been tried on OVER underwear, not pre-washed and are returned in their original packaging.
Machine wash your period thong (UK) in a cold wash and then hang dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener or put them in the tumble dryer.
