Our one piece period swimming costume has a built absorbent lining which is also water repellent, so it repels liquid on the outside and absorbs period blood on the inside. Perfect for lighter days or medium flow days, will hold 1 to 2 tampons worth. On heavier flow days, it's great as a back up to a menstrual cup, disc or tampon.
