Sizing tip: True to UK size, go for our regular underwear size, size 4 to 24

90 Day Trial
We love our Cheeky underwear and think you will too, but if this is your first time trying out reusable period protection we understand you might be unsure if they're for you. Lucky for you, we run a 90 day trial on our period pants so you can take them for a test drive before deciding whether or not to make the switch.
Any pants returned outside of the trial can only be returned/exchanged if they have been tried on OVER clean underwear and not prewashed.
How absorbent are they?
You know your cycle best and we recommend you change your protection in line with your flow. If you go through many tampons or pads per day, then you'll need to change these more frequently. However with the absorbent protection right from the front to rear waistband, you have full coverage, even when sleeping.

These knickers can only be returned/exchanged if they have been tried on OVER underwear and come back in their original packaging.
Machine wash cold (maximum 30 degrees) and then hang dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener or put them in the tumble dryer.
