Wearing period pants is the modern way to period! We estimate that you'll need 6 pairs of period pants for your entire cycle, assuming that you wash every other day and have regular flow. If you have heavy flow and have to change more often, you may need more pairs.

How absorbent are your affordable period pants?
You know your cycle best and we recommend you change your protection in line with your flow. If you go through many tampons or pads per day, then you'll need to change these more frequently. However with the absorbent protection right from the front to rear waistband, you have full coverage, even when sleeping or on heavier days
