Cheeky Pants Pee and Period Pants Sizing Guidance

 Whilst convenient, it can be hard to decide on sizes when buying clothes online - period pants are no exception.

Having a definitive measurement guide in inches and centimetres proved impossible to maintain and added confusion to our customers. We stock so many different pant styles from a few suppliers and in varying absorbencies to suit light flow and heavy flow, with either low, mid or high rise.

We recommend using our period pants comparison guide using your average UK dress size and sizing up or down using the guidance on the chart.

If you would mostly buy a UK size 12, follow the guidance of true to size (12-14) snug (14-16)  or generous (10-12)

When you receive your Cheeky pants in the post, try them on over your own underwear and are if you find they are too big or too small (or just not the right style for you) don't worry, as long as they are unwashed and have not been worn next to the skin we can exchange them for you. Just follow our returns procedure.

Only wash and try one pair of pants to see how you get on if you are new to reusable period pants and are used to tampons and disposable pads. We can then refund or exchange the rest of your order if needed.

Washable pants can be used for both periods and pee.

Sizing Tweens and Teens?

If your new starter is still in kids pants sizes normally, measuring them up can be tricky in adult underwear. Compare their kids pants aged size to adult sizing in the graph below.

Our kids pants will fit up to aged 10 so if you have a child who is early to puberty there are still options for their periods. Our Feeling Free boybrief start in a size 2 which is also equivalent to a kids aged 9-10 and are great for teens and tweens, as are Feeling Sporty starting in a size 4 - equivalent to a kids age 11-12.

Both of these styles are in regular or heavy flow (always choose heavy flow if they want to try to avoid changing at school).
